Dear EMGS officers,
My passport number is T2523926. My application status turned yellow at 15 % due to the health declaration form as I uploaded the wrong health declaration only due to the reading mistake of its first line. As I already sent a correct health declaration form along with the pre-medical report with a clear report. Please suggest me what should I do.

  Please be informed that we have received the additional document on the 22nd of July 2019. Kindly allow us some time to review the documents submitted. Should they meet the requirement, we will proceed further with your application. Any updates will be notified accordingly.
