    @amr_25 is it ok to arrive Malaysia one month before registration date of the University USM (3 September)

      I am at USM now. I think it is ok because you must do some papers here before you come like medical screening tests and apply for visa so it is ok also it is better to come early to book your housing to avoid crowd in the begining of the year. Where are you from
