Hi, my visa application was at 80%, so I submitted the required documents to my university. EMGS has confirmed that the documents was already submitted by my institution but it is still stuck at 80%. Is this normal ? The only thing that I haven’t submitted is the Personal Bond, but my university didn’t tell me anything about it when I gave them my passport. Only that they will call me in about 7-10 days. My current pass is only until 19 August, will I have time ?

  It’s normal depending on what i read on previous students cases , it will progress to 85% when you check the medical test and so on so for now i think you have to apply for SEV in malaysia’s embassy in your country, contact them for further instructions.
