Dear EMGS, my passport number is B6742498 and my application for visa renewal is #########. My case was in process for more than one month with the issue of missing one document from institution. I have contact them but they said they have submited this last week and cannot quickly submit the paper because of long traveling distance. So, could you check my case? Also, if the staff from my institution is so busy, could I take the paper and submit this individually for quicker process?

  Please note that your application is still pending for submission of additional documents.
  We highly recommend you to liaise with your institution to expedite this process as the documents will only be accepted when your institution submits it , as your application was created by your institution.
