Dear EMGS,
My application has an issue with my photo and I already sent the additional documents through additionaldoc(at)emgs.com.my with the same email as I used to create my application, but it always blocked by the system. What should I do regarding to this? Am I doing some mistake while send it? Please give your advice.

Which percentage the issue open? 15% or 35%?
15%. Now my application with yellow sign
Try to send at this email id ######### I have also face the same issue then i send photo through this email and now again application colour change from yellow to green
How long the application colour change from yellow to green after you send the photo?
Next day they replayed that they have received additional document and same time the colour changed from yellow to green
