You will be able to download the Visa Approval Letter (VAL) on our website when your application reaches 70%.
Once your enter Malaysia, you will be required to submit your passport to the institution for Student Pass sticker endorsement. The process will be complete when you application reaches 100%.
Normally, we need 70% to get VAL. For my friend’s case, she can download her VAL at 80%. And for my VAL, it has beedn approved at 75%.
It depends on EMGs’ discretion, I suppose.
