I had received the EVAL on 17 December 2018, validation of that EVAL just 6 months.Now I am applying for new EVAL but not proceed the application previous status is shown (80%). I want to come to Malaysia around 15th of November, 2019. Can I apply new EVAL or Previous EVAL is valid??
I am waiting for your reply. And I have to apply for EVAL as soon as possible. Thank you.

  No! You must enter Malaysia with a valid VAL . This country is very strict on that. So I advise you renew it before coming

  You have to cancel the previous EVAL.

  Please be informed that your VAL is only valid for 6 months from the issuance date. Therefore, You are required to apply for a new VAL if you have not entered Malaysia before the expiry of your current VAL.
