I contacted window Malaysia for evisa. They told me that individuals with certain VAL are only eligible to apply. Do you know about that?

Enter your VAL number after creating the account you will get to know if your VAL is applicable for online visa. Also the serial numbers of eligible VAL are also mentioned on the website check yours if it matches or not otherwise you can go to the Malaysian embassy or consulates (Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore) directly to get your SEV in that case it will take about 3 days
