It will depend on the type of institution you are registered with as well as the status of your application in the EMGS system.
We appreciate if you could write to us via email to enquiry(at)emgs.com.my with your passport number in order for us to check your application details and assist further.
We look forward to hearing from you.
If you have studied a semester or a year then you can ask your current institute to give you a release letter and then you give your institute a new offer letter and you have to submit them your new offer letter to your current institute! If you haven’t studied in your current institution you have to cancel the val first and then exit malaysia and then apply again to the new university the cancellation process will take around 1-2 months
For new university you will need to leave Malaysia.
Need to do the same process again while staying at home country.
