Since I requested for info from people here, I thought I’d also share since I’ve just successfully gotten my Travel Authorisation. I applied through the EMGS website on 21 October and was approved by my institution on the 22nd. On the 28th, EMGS submitted my application to the Inmigration Department, and today, 5 Nov, I was granted the letter from Immigration. I hope that this might clarify the process for some people!
