Dear EMGS,

What exactly is going on with Immigration/EMGS, regarding students application and misinformation?
My friend and I are both here in Malaysia and we are both from the same country. I graduate with CGPA of above 3 point, and my friend CGPA is below 2.8. we graduate from the same University, and we applied for Masters program (same department, at the same University). EMGS submitted my application to Immigration on 2/11/2020, and EMGS submitted my friend application on 6/11/2020. As at today, my application status is 35%, while my friend application status is 70% (Immigration has approved). Kindly explain to me what is going on with my application.
Note that i have email EMGS my details via this: enquiry(at)emgs.com.my…since last week, but no reply.

  We understand your concern. Please note that the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Furthermore, if you have successfully sent us an email, we would reply your email within 24 hours. You would also receive a case number on the email that you sent. Kindly clarify with us if you receive the case number. You may proceed to send us an email at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my, providing us with your passport number in order for us to retrieve your application details and advise you accordingly.
