Dear Sir,
I have given my documents, passport and photo once again, the picture taken was by a professional, yet there seems to be some problem, with I even asked EMGS on ######### but didn’t really get any response except, currently I got the email saying passport issue status: closed what does it mean?
And what about my photo?

Passport issue status closed, means you’ve resolve your passport issue, you don’t have to worry about that issue anymore.
If there is any other issue that might arise during the process of your application, EMGS will keep the issue open, once resolve, that issue will be close
