Good evening EMGS officer i have 2 question
First u said those students that there student expired on February onward they can still procced with visa renewa even if our visa expires right but mine my visa will be expired on 21/20/2021 so even if my visa expires i can still procced with visa renewal application right but i renew my passport so first i have to transfer visa first and u said for visa transfer i should be in malaysia and requires vaild visa and currently i’m outside of malaysia and my country one of the 23 banned countries to enter malaysia so if my visa expires and when i come back what should i do to transfer visa since transfer visa requires valid visa how should i start if my visa expires and i can’t transfer visa i wanna know what should i do since its not my fault i can’t come back to malaysia

And 2nd question there is something which it nkt fair Malaysia announced that any countries above 150k cases are barred to Enter malaysia but now if u check world covid-19 cases there are 48 countries they have more than 150k cases why only 23 what about thr other 28 i see that as unfair announcement either barry 48 countries or let the other 23 come back as well i’m not saying tourists jusy student pass holders the existing student i really don’t mind to be quarantined for more than 14 days even months i don’t mind and oay the costs double but i see thr current rule is not fair while there are more than 23 counties have more than 150k cases but only 23 are barred to to enter malaysia do you really think that fair aginst students ?
