I think the announcement is not meent for international students.
Meanwhile, the minister announcement indicated that international students other than from UK would be alowed to enter from January 1 while the same announcement directed ministry of education to come out with detailed SOP that, I think would take care of every different categories of students.
What we are expecting now is the SOP from the ministry of education through EMGS
