Arranging travel to anywhere is not easy during this time. We plan ahead, get tickets on available flight and apply for travel authorisation and it is still not approved. Now when we miss that flight how do we arrange travel again. This is costing us more and more. Anyone who wants to travel purchase tickets at least two months prior to travelling and apply for TA. Maybe it will get approved in time

    I applied through EMGS on 10th Dec. It was sent to immigration on 17th dec. I m supposed to fly on Jan 9, travel authorisation at 50%. Have to rearrange everything (domestic flight, flight to KUL, covid test).

      I see, I applied on 5th Dec and submitted to immigration on 10th!

      Yes I did, they replied the decision to issue the travel approval letter is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
