Hi EMGS,How long to take my application to submit to immigration department,My val is 32% right now,I am a new student and already apply since March 2020,Can you explain to me EMGS ? My name is Muhammad Yanis Fadli and passport number is B5912514,I am from Indonesian and currently stay in Indonesian.
I would like to appreciate for your cooperation.

  Hi,
  
  32% indicates that your documents are ready to be submitted to the Immigration Department. However, the Immigration Department is not issuing VAL for students who are outside of Malaysia. Rest assured, we will notify institutions and students once there are updates on this matter.
