Hi EMGS,

I am very upset with the way the process of the TA is being handled. On one hand i ask EMGs here if i may apply again so that my application can be kept on pending and im told to do that and they will do so I reapply and you guys reject and tell me your reasons.

I already have an understanding that 5C is banned but why the unfairness of processing some peoples application and keeping them as pending while rejecting others. Please show some fairness

In the emails sent to us from university, it explains visa process is at EMGs and government’s discretion. Would appreciate if the students could be treated with respect as we try to do the same and it feels like our questions are never answered.

I am a Pakistani living overseas and know its a passport ban. If you want to reject my TA, then shouldn’t it be rejected for the rest of the 5C Students? Why is there picking and choosing going on.
