Hi, I’ve been in Malaysia since 20th August and submitted my passport to my uni’s International Office on the 26th of August. My passport is still not returned back to me and the progress on EMGS is still 80%, I’m super confused as to why I still don’t have it and I asked IO and they couldn’t give me a clear answer. They told me to go back in mid-November to check the progress. Wishy washy answers that I’m receiving are kinda annoying. If an emergency were to happen, I cannot go back home because God knows where my passport is. Can someone advise me of what to do?
