Hi everyone ,
Me and two of my other friends visas were applied through the institution and on 21st November the last update was shown that my VAL application was submitted. Two of friends got their VAL only after 4-5 days, but they haven’t sent mine. I called and they said i have to wait, no definitive answer. What should I do? My classes start on Jan 3rd and I don’t want to miss orientation.
Any recommendations would be helpful.

    I did. They just gave me a basic answer of waiting and there is nothing which can be done
