Me and two of my friends got into Taylors university and the visas were applied by the university for us. The last update was on 21st November where it was shown that the VAL is sent to the immigration. Both my friends also got the same update. After 4 days one of my friend received the VAL letter and a day later my other friend did too. Today is 14th December and I have been waiting for my VAL letter too. My classes start on 3rd January and would like to reach Malaysia before that to settle in. I was planning to travel in the end of the month but my visa has not been approved yet. I called the hotline multiple times but got no definitive answer, even emailed the enquiry emgs but again generic answers. What shall I do?

  Dear brother.
  I am afraid to say there is nothing to do when your case is with immigration. Those don’t have specific time to issue the paper. No one knows, like you mentioned, ur friend got it earlier but you. And emailing EMGS wont provide you any advantage they will say WAIT
