It really depends on your country, it takes more time for indians that’s why I know but I still didn’t get my visa and I’m Swiss
Submitted on 14th of August, was 15% green.
On 26 August had to re-submit additional documents 15% yellow.
Re-submitted everything on 29 August became 15% green again.
On 9 September became 32% green nothing changed after that.
Asalamualeykoum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatou I have contacted EMGS and they have replied to me, in less than a day. This website is not really accurate but try to contact them via email at enquiry(at)@emgs.com.my or via call at 03-2782 5888. Their operating hours are between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays.
My case was so confusing. They kept asking for an additional document while the color stayed green and the percentage wasn’t budging at all!!!!!!!
It’s stuck on 32% ever since
I submitted my documents on 2ND of August, now it’s 80% green
