URGENT ASSISTANCE NEEDED.I’m stuck in Thailand waiting for my VAL to get ready and come back to Malaysia, however I submitted all the requirements and EMGS process is still 15% and yellow.

Dear EMGS,
My application status is stuck on 15% it has been like this for a very long time .
