Please may I know if I am allowed to register for courses and attend classes when my application reaches 70% ? i.e. eVal approved but study pass endorsement is pending.

    You can buy your one way ticket to KL. Download the EVAL from status checker on the EMGS website. If you are from a country that requires a visa to enter Malaysia organise one immediately with Embassy or High commission in your country.
