Hi EMGS officer..My student visa will be finishing 20th november. Do i have to apply to cancel the visa before i go back to my country? Becauae i have heard that it is important to cancel the visa before going back

I will be arriving KL airport at 6am , is there any separate counters there for students immigration? And if yes then are they open all time? Or is there any particular time when they open
