I think you can apply from Nigeria, or any vfs global office near your country. The one in fct Abuja handles Malaysia visa processing, and the fee is 2000 naira visa fee, and 9900 naira vfs global fee. Check their site and ask for help regarding sev, they have contact information there

I check their site, seems they will not work on 25,26 & 1st of January only. How confirmed is this information pls?

New or old applicant need the certificate. It doesn’t apply to new applicants alone. So don’t play yourself

They probably want you to exit the country and apply from your home country. Provide them with the exit stamp from Malaysia, and arrival stamp in your home country. Same problem I went through

Depends on your school. Some are dumb, they don’t want you to come there until registration starts.

Who told you Nigeria is blacklisted? Many people have gotten their Val already. Did you meet all the requirements? Which program? I suggest you try other unis, Nigeria is not blacklisted, they are just not convinced that’s all.

Write your school, and discuss with them if late registration will be considered in your case. You have all the required documents for sev already? Like ndlea clearance certificate and eligibility?

Do a research online ourself, don’t just follow speculations man. Johor is not that cheap, and cost of living is crazy as well. Check online, so many site to look for accommodation, do thorough research before you move

Call EMGS and your school, ask for the information that’s missing, and send it to your school, they will forward to EMGS. They need a document to continue

Have you paid your EMGS fees? If to school, call them to forward the information to them so processing can start

The site requirements is not complete. I advise you get the ndlea certificate so you don’t pay for the application fee which they added another 10k to it making it 12 in total.

Try applying through vfs Global, they’re in charge of application now. It didn’t state that you need the documents though. I called them, they sent me the list without d certificate. Good luck
