Thank you for your reply. How about the insurance? Because my university told me to provide insurance but I don’t know how to get it? I have paid insurance in emgs val online registration and my eVal has been downloaded.

the insurance card you will get after you arrive at your university. Your university is supposed to have known this. I do not know why they ask it from you.

Hi, it should take 1-4 days before it reaches 32% or 35% , since it’s been at 15% since 6th of August then it should reach 32% or 35% today.

Give it a day or two. It should change as the holiday might have slowed things down a little. By Friday the most, the application might be forwarded to immigration for approval.

Hi Officer. thanks a lot for your reply. the point is not the flight tickets being bought, but why it takes too long for 15% to increase as it indicates it only takes 1 to 4 days in your website. Can you please help on this, thanks.

I am going to Upm. And how many days lateness is acceptable? Registration date is from 26th August to 6th September.

I am not sure about UPM, but for USM the registration system will be closed on 23/9/2019. hope someone from UPM can answer your question.

sorry. I think you lost my point. Now I’m in UTM, and already got eval and I APPLIED STUDENT PASS… And other international student got 100% of status and they are going to get back their passport. But I’m still stuck on 80% . And my special pass will be available till 19th September..
sorry for missing your point. in this case, you need to go to your institute’s international students affair office to inquire, since they have already got your passport. in USM’s case, it usually takes two weeks or more to get your passport back after your submission.
