Eval is valid for 6 months. If you have got it and able to download it, you will see that it’s valid for six months, so yes you can join the second intake

No you can’t because on your offer letter it is said which month you shall start studying in malaysia and if yyou wish to come on batch feb 2020 you must request a new offer letter with feb on it from your uni and they’ll send to emgs after you signed.other docs will be same.but however a friend told me the process will restart.(feb is an example).

I think it depends on the validity of the eval.Because eval is valid for 6 months after it had been out and in your hand

No you can’t kabir Hossen on your offer letter its said september.It eill require you to issue a new offer letter and the process may restart.
