I have submitted my PhD thesis and waiting for the Iva to be conducted and submit the hardbound. Whilst I have received a postdoctoral opportunity at Imperial College London, I have the following queries:

Is it legal to work in UK on the postdoc while waiting for viva process by following the rules of Malaysian immigration: After completing the viva process i will come to Malaysia to apply for clearance from university and terminate the student pass after completion of my studies?
