Dear EMGS,
My VAL is now approved and ready for download (after reaching 70%). The next step is to print that document out and refer to the Embassy of Malaysia in my country, is that correct? If so, how long does it take in this process? And does that cost money too?

Right yes embassy would charge you its temporary visa fee.

Do you need to have a certain amount of money in your account for yiur single entry visa to be approved?
