Hi EMGS,
I am currently in Malaysia doing my studies.
My current visa will expire on August.
I want to renew my visa but problem is my current passport only has 12 months validity.(not 18 months to apply for visa)

Good luck.. tomorrow check your portal in your desktop or laptop.. you can download the VAL and then go to Malaysian Embassy with your passport copy and 2 photos .. also copy of your Offer letter.. to got the VDR visa

I recently got my passport renewed through fast track process in my country.
All details including photo is the exact same in old and new passport. The photo was taken 5 years back.

Hi Rafshan,
Students are required to renew their student visa before the expiry. Kindly refer to the institution for clarification regarding this matter.
What it they cant renew because passport due is near and embassy close down because mco,rmco,fmco and all lockdown and dear emgs please provide solution for student that stuck at home country for almost +1 year due to restriction and have expired passport + student pass because all of this event is nature cause and student cannot handle this problem
