Hi I want to verify my info but the app saying my student info already verified in another phone .. yes is my old phone but I already format it .. so what should I do ??

It happened once to my friend u can take your original documents to you institution and ask the person in charge for visa things to go with u to EMGS then is your certificates r real it will be ok

It’s normal this dealy is in all universities i hope EMGS they will find a way to the application be done by the candidate him self .. like this will be faster

The specifications of the picture available at EMGS website u can print and take it to the photographer
