Hi, my visa application was at 80%, so I submitted the required documents to my university. EMGS has confirmed that the documents was already submitted by my institution but it is still stuck at 80%. It’s normal depending on what i read on previous students cases , it will progress to 85% when you check the medical test and so on so for now i think you have to apply for SEV in malaysia’s embassy in your country, contact them for further instructions.
