Brother, It took a long time. Initially, to prove my urgency EMGS asked to give documents that I have emailed them. Then after a few days, it becomes 90% then again stuck. Whereas my friend from UPM applied for renewal with the same date, but her file was 90% on 29th February, and today we have seen her passport is ready for collection. Thus I am in a state of confusion.
