Try to submit the digital version of the photo (jpg, jpeg) rather than the scanned one

Naufal said it all. Ensure you follow the picture requirements and use the digital version. As long as your picture has all of that and clear enough. You’re fine

Ussualy not follow requiremen, such as : back ground, It must white colour. And size wide and length.. just resize and adjust it in “paint”.
