Hi Sakib,
As mentioned by @mahfuzm167gmail-com the status means that we are in the process of submitting your application to the Immigration Department. Once the application has been submitted to the Immigration Department, it will take 7-10 working days for the issuance of the VAL. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
