Congratulations on the approval of your application. If you are from a country that requires a Single Entry Visa (SEV) to enter Malaysia you are required to proceed to the Malaysian Embassy in your home country and apply for the SEV upon receipt of the eVAL.

You are require to apply for a new VAL. However, we are unable to guarantee that the VAL will be issued as the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

The Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

The VAL is valid for 6 months only. Kindly note that the VAL validity cannot be extended.
The cancellation of a Student Pass takes 5 working days. However, there is no specific time-frame for the cancellation of the VAL.
If there is no record in the application tracker it means that your institution is yet to submit your application. We advise that you contact your institution directly and request that they create an application for you.

The approval to renew the Student Pass is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

You are required to key-in your Passport number and select your nationality in order to retrieve your application record.
The process to close an application can be done within 2 working days. However, if you are enquiring on the cancellation of a VAL then note that there is no specific time-frame required to cancel the VAL.
