Dear EMGS, I’d like to ask, upon obtaining my VAL, do I need to go to Malaysian embassy or I can board in malaysia without visa from Malaysian embassy here in Nigeria? Thank you
You need to go the embassy in Nigeria. There they will issue you with SEV Single Entry Visa.
