Dear EMGS officer,
Is that means my application has submitted to immigration for VAL? (7 working days/solely discretion of immigration malaysia)
Alhamdulillah.. Thankyou for EMGS. Thanks for your fast responses everytime i need. I hope i can get my VAL as soon as possible.

  Hi Siska,
  
  The application has not been submitted to the Immigration Department yet. However, we are in the process of submitting the application. Once it has been submitted, the status of the application will change to 35%.
