I’ve submitted my passport at 6 September to my university after completing my registration process with supporting documents such as eVal, insurrance, faculty confirmation letter etc for 1 year visa. Emgs received my application 10 September and my visa validity date was 19 September. Today is 21 September and still i didn’t have my passport. My University told me nothing to worry, does it?
According to emgs apps: 90% process has completed and immigration has received my passport at 12 September, means my passport in immigration. What should I do now?

  same problem with me but my Visa still valid

  The Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Since your passport is in progress with the Immigration Department, it is not an issue if your current pass expires. You need to obtain a letter from your institution confirming that your passport is in progress with the Immigration Department. This letter will be used as your identification document until your passport is returned. We advise that you carry the letter with you whenever you are going out.
