Depends on which country you are in. But it shouldn’t take long. You already have the visa so it shouldn’t take more than 3 working days.

Congratulations on the approval of your VAL application. Kindly liaise with the respective authorities you are applying the SEV with for details on the time-frame required to issue the SEV.
