Good morning emgs . Im reapplying for coming studying here in Malaysia my application is stuck at 30% because of active status that my school have to cancel . they told me that they already did it and sent you letters : my passport number o00361103 country Guinea please help me to speed up the process

  Your institution submitted the VAL cancellation request on the 14th of September. The VAL cancellation is currently in progress with the Immigration Department. We will resume the processing of your application once the previous VAL has been cancelled.
