Hi guys, please help me. What does that mean? Knowing download status now 35%

((Your application for Visa Approval Letter (VAL) has been submitted to the Immigration Department of Malaysia for approval purposes. The issuance of your VAL is entirely at the discretion of the Immigration Department and it will take approximately 7 10 working days from 22/10/2019 for the application to progress to the next stage.))

  If everything will ok then your States will upgrade 70% within 7-10 working day’s and will get VAL.

  Hi Mohamed,
  
  The notification means that your application is in progress with the Immigration Department for the issuance of the VAL. The decision to approve or reject the application is up to the Immigration Department.
