Hi guys please what does it mean??👇 (( Congratulations, your Visa Approval Letter (VAL) has been Approved. EMGS will notify your Institution once the VAL is ready for collection or courier.))
Congrats. It means you are now allowed to go to the embassy and get the visa to Malaysia.

Congratulations on the approval of your application. The eVAL can be downloaded on your PC via the EMGS application tracker: https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/emgs/application/searchForm/
You are required to key-in your Passport number and select your nationality in order to retrieve your application record.
