Respected Sir/ Madam,
I have submitted my Visa application for PhD programme at the University of Malaya. However while submitting health declaration form there was a small mistake. Sir, I need to update my health declaration form and resubmit. To whom I should resubmit health declaration form? What is the process? Need valuable suggestions and feedback. Hope to hear from you soon.
