hello EMGS
I AM from Afghanistan. i have applied for my masters degree in UITM shah Alam. i have received my Approval letter. As there is no Malaysian embassy or consulate in Afghanistan, can you kindly let me know if i can obtain a single entry visa to Malaysia from dubai embassy or consulate or i can get a visa on arrival at the KLIA airport by producing my Approval letter there. hope to hear soon. kindly aware me if more information needed. thank you

  Please what can you say about VAL ammendment.
  I got admission in university malaya, but I want to change the country to obtain my SEV.

  may i have a persuaded information in that case sir . because in sharjah airport they will not give permission with out sev. i need some official email response that could help me.

  Hi Ehsan,
  
  Applicants from Afghanistan do not require the SEV to enter Malaysia. You will be issued with a visa on arrival (VOA).
