Hi salam alaikum; I need to ask some question please if you don’t mind ; I’ll really appreciate your help .
So when you applied to the val ; dis you wait some days ( when you check your application letter you find ” no record found” or it opens normaly! ?Like when open an account on social media you don’t have to wait is it the case for val ( even if I found it 0%) or it’s not?

Please be informed that your application was submitted to the Immigration Department for the issuance of the VAL. However, at present, new international students are not allowed entry into Malaysia until further notice. We are currently waiting for confirmation from the Immigration Department with regard to the issuance of the VALs for new international students who are outside Malaysia. The application will be processed further once the Immigration Department confirms the process of issuing VALs to new international students. kindly note that the approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
