Check with the Malaysian embassy they will confirm to you.
My travel permit issued on 4th October and they told me it’s still valid for a month so you can process your journey back.
For the airline, you better keep checking with them even if it’s not showing on their website and send them the new announcement (the official one), you can also print it and have it with you when you check in.
1. If the entry permit is still valid you can proceed to use it to travel to Malaysia. However, the approval to grant you entry into Malaysia is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department Officers at the point of entry.
3. If you already have the LoU you can depart. However, it is advisable to have a blank copy in case you are required to have the LoU with a more recent date
6. Existing students who are not from the 23 banned countries are eligible to travel to Malaysia.
