My passport number is E27177075. My visa status has not been updated since April 13th.Can you help me? Thanks.

  Please be advised that your passport is pending at the Immigration Department for Student Pass sticker endorsement. We understand that the process has taken a longer timeframe than usual. We will look into this matter. Unfortunately, we are unable to inform you when the process will be completed but we will try to return your passport to the institution as soon as possible.
