Dear EMGS h. My name is KOKi KIMURA and my passport number is MJ1286865. From yesterday, I can no longer use the digital ID of the EMGS smartphone app that I used to use. Even if you log in many times, it will return to the state before the operation. Please help me as I am having trouble with the check-in procedures.
