Dear EMGS
I submitted my application ( application number E#########) in August 8th and it was approved next day by the institution (August 9th) since then it’s stuck at 15%, application status notification states it takes 1-4 days to complete before sending it to emigration. However, its been 8 days and the process has not commenced. I’m worried that I’ll not be able to achieve my travel plan and be in Kuala Lumpur before the university start date. I appreciate understanding my situation and help me in progressing the application.

  I have a problem with the number , why it’s not appearing, however my passport number is R837376
